Have you found the right Balance in your life?

Let’s start with a little challenge. Stand up and stand on one leg. How easy is that for you? Now, if that is easy then let’s close your eyes while standing on one leg. How easy is it now?

Balance is one of the most important and valuable things you have. Because without it you will be face down flat on the floor.

All my clients know I love incorporating balance work into my classes. But balance is not only important in your day-to-day movements or working it into your fitness classes. Don’t forget to work on balancing your work, social and family life. We tend to focus on only one of those and then we wonder why we start feeling overwhelmed and anxious.

Make time for every little thing in your life! Live your life to the fullest! Work on building a future for you and your family. But also make time for family and friends and most importantly YOURSELF!
